I have been given conflicting information (ACAS / Solicitors) about the usage of ‘Senior’ within job titles. The current organisation where I’m working uses these term as job levels and careers structure. Employees would only progress from one to another due to their competence, not duration of experience.
Any advice, please scoop me in.
