I am an agency temp and, through appalling incompetence on the agency’s part, I have not been paid for the last two week’s work. An online timesheet system is used and I have filled these in correctly and submitted them within the given timescales. The ‘temp’ consultant at the agency keeps fobbing me off with excuses.. “you will defintely get paid – it will happen”… etc. I have also tried to speak to the branch manager but keep getting told that he is unavailable. Are they in breach of contract here? Surely they cant get away with this?
