When companies reach their milestone anniversary dates such as 10^th, 20^th, 25^th, years of operation, do they provide their employees with any of the following: commemorative gifts, monetary bonuses, celebration parties/outings, etc?  Do different sectors differ in offerings, e.g.: Oil and Gas companies versus others?
