I would be very interested in finding out how other companies work out the annual leave entitlement for part time staff.

I have been given a very convoluted calculation which works out the annual leave entitlement and a separate one for the Bank Holiday entitlement – I am sure there is a much simpler way of doing this!

Any advice/guidance would be gratefully received!
