I am about to become involved in some work relating to possible changes in attendance patterns for employees. Does any one have any knowledge of research that has been done ? or does anyone have any experience of introducing this concept which it would be useful to learn from?. Does this improve morale/sick absence?, does any possible costs outweigh the advantages of implementing this system of working?
