One of our employee’s was shouting and acting in a threating manner at our xmas night out to one of our directors and was asked to leave, after some arguing he left, however we are not sure if he will return to work and if he does can he be disciplined for this as the employer paid for the whole evening and the angry employee was an embarrassment to the company. If he does not return can we assume it is his decision not to return or do we have to go down disciplinary procedures? We also had an issue with one of our managers who took another manager’s camera without knowing and took photos of his private parts with the camera. Is this acceptable and can he be disciplined for this?

What a workforce, eh!!!!
