Bank holidays

I currently work a total of 19.5 hours per week as follows :

Monday 7.5 hours
Tuesday 7.5 hours
Wednesday 4.5 hours


I have previously had all “Monday” bank holidays off work.

I have now been informed that my holiday entitlement has changed from days to hours :

Annual leave : 108 hours
Bank Holidays : 31 hours

As this year 6 of the 8 Bank holidays are on a Monday – this totals 45 hours, but as I only get 31 hours leave does this mean that I have to supplement the other 14 hours from my annual leave.


Can somebody help – I am getting rather confused ??? …..
