In all contracts (with a few exceptions) a one month notice period. I don’t think this is appropriate for our more senior roles, and am thinking of increasing notice periods at certain grades within our job family.
However, I know what ‘feels about right’, but I would like to understand what other companies do for notice periods and how they decide where the cut off is (for example above £30k salary, or any people manager).
I would be grateful if you were willing to share notice period information, to email me. Alternatively if you know where I can find more solid information about typical notice periods then I would be grateful for any recommendation.
