Benefits Surveys

I am the pensions and benefits manager at ICAP, a new role for me (I was previously responsible for pensions only).

I’m trying to get information concerning our benefits in relation to other similar sized employers and would appreciate some assistance. McLagan’s are doing a remuneration survey for us but don’t currently provide a similar survey for benefits – is there anyone that does, or a forum I can join to discuss benefit issues?
