Best practice in selection and recruitment

I am looking for examples of books which others would recommend as summarising ‘best practice’ in terms of selection and recruitment, including practical examples of assessment centres etc

I have previously used Selection and Assessment by Mike Smith, Mike Gregg, and Dick Andrews of UMIST
