We implemented a bonus scheme approx 2 years ago. Its aim was to enoucrage team working and links individuals chargeable hours, as apposed to non chargeable time, to actual time billed to the client.

A recent staff satisfaction survey indicate that the staff see the scheme as demotivational which is obviously not the objective and therefore I am trying to gather information on alternative schemes.

Particular interest is in schemes that link to cost savings or overall company profits. I want to continue to encourage team working rather than concentrating on individual performance.
