I’m am currently residing in the Middle East, i.e, UAE. I’m a graduate of Commerce with my specialised subjects being Personnel Management & Industrail Relations. I’m working for the last two and half years with a large organisation an an HR assistant,where i joined soon after graduation. I now want to continue with studies and obtain HR qualifications for a good career growth. Thought i have received some information on CIPD from Maplas and MOL, i’m not sure if CIPD is a distant learning cource, coz i would prefer a distant learning cource, so I could continue working and finance for my education. What exams would i have to appear to get a CIPD qualification? Please advise.
