Due to business needs my company is planning on changing the shift pattern for night workers, they currently work from Mon – Fri but this is to be changed to Sun -Thur. The managers have had a briefing with their staff and amongst the issues raised were concerns about some employees who also have weekend jobs and this will clash with the intended change of hours to Sunday start.
In view of this i would please like some advise on the best way to go about this change bearing in mind that we are trying not to loose our employees due to this and also how much notice would seem adequate in this situation.
