Hi

We have 120 staff, split fairly evenly into weekly and monthly paid employees and wish to move everyone on to monthly paid.

Has anyone done this before and got any tips for me? How much notice would be reasonable? Should I offer advances on first months salary to tide them over? etc etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
