On occasion we have to send employees on training courses which last for several weeks at a time. These courses are necessary for their development and are often away from home. We obviously meet all travel & accommodation costs. We have recently had a request to pay for childcare costs during this time away. We are reluctant to do this because we give reasonable notice of course dates. Do any organisations accommote this type of request?
