Hi,
I’m just starting my CIPD Management report and am thinking about doing the effects the smoking ban has had on employers, possibly looking at a welfare/health angle and that of lost time, other workers etc.
Does anyone have any advice on what to do, more importantly – what not to do??
Any experiences or research would be greatly appreciated.
