Hi Everyone

As part of my role as Executive Coach I constantly keep myself up to date with research findings around coaching effectiveness. I deliver seminars to a number of specialist groups within Scotland including M.E (chronic fatigue sufferers, etc), The Braveheart Project (coronary conditions) and Recruitment agencies. I use research paper results as part of these seminars and I want to add a more local flavour by incorporating Scottish research findings.

So I’d like to now ask you for something specific – Do any of you know of any coaching research that is specific to Scotland? It could be research papers from Scottish Universities, Colleges, Organisations, etc. Any leads would be great.
