My company may be undertaking a reorganisation of working patterns and I have been asked to look at the best way of starting the consultation process.
Does anyone have any advice on how this should be undertaken i.e do you do all staff involved and then elect a consultation committe, or do in separate groups and then the committee. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
