Can anyone let me know what are the most common benefits that are provided by Irish companies as I need to do a cost comparison of employing a group of technical support type employees in Ireland (c Dublin area) vs Munich in Germany

My guess is that we should provide the following based on what we currently provide in Germany. Is this all or should we do more / less – offer different things?

Pension (company contributions if so what level ?)
Permanent Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Life Assurance
Holidays – how many
Subsidised meals or vouchers?
Subsidised gym membership
Child care – vouchers etc

Any thing else?
