My former employers are disputing ahead of the ET case I have raised that I am covered under the DDA.
I have a life long condition, sometimes manageable, sometimes not, despite me taking daily medication for the remainder of my life. Who will decide if I am indeed covered under the DDA, is this the court or do I need to prove this or is the above enough to substantiate this? Having spoken with my GP recently she has confirmed that withdrawing my daily medication would potentially be life threatening and possibly fatal.
I am also in receipt of Disability Living Allowance due to my condition.
Any advice as always very much appreciated.
