Happy holiday!

I work for a large charity which provides mental healthcare to the public. We have around 1,800 employees and 5,000 volunteers.

The donated funds spent on CRB checks for prospective new employees or volunteers is immense, not to mention the high administration costs which are done by an HR adminstrator in each region.

Has anyone got a strategy to cut this down?
