Hello all,

I have been asked to put together a half hour training course for a retailer about how to deal with Middle Eastern customers. I am very aware (possibly to the extreme) of the potential pitfalls if this when it comes to discrimination.

My plan is to prsent that statistics I have been given (% of shoppers and how much money the spend ect) and present questions to stimulate discussion rather than give a dicatatorial ‘you must do it this way’ type session.

Has anyone else delt with something similar? Or has anyone got any advice for me on things I can/can’t include?
