I have been getting calls from a debt collection agency for one of our employees who is absent due to maternity leave. I have been passing messages onto her by email to ask her to contact them. She is not calling them back and I am concerned that she may be having some financial problems. Is there anything I can do to help her or even broach the subject with her. Advice would be helpful.
