We are a small electronics and we recently had an employee with MS take a turn for the worse meaning that they are 99% sure to need a wheel chair.We currently understand that the person wishes to return to work and have been in touch with ATW through the Job centre organisation. What we need to understand is what do we need to do from a moral and leag point of view. The person in question is a good worker and adds to the business output so we are happy to make adjustments to enable him to return to work, but we are struggling with what we should be doing. Do any of you know of an expert who can advise on this issue. A bit more on the building, it does not have ramp access or disabled toilet facilities.
