Recently i was placed on a disciplinary report the outcome was which the was that i recieved verbal warning and change of duties to be revised after 12 weeks. I appealed after the term had expired to return to normal duties.Although my manager excepted that i had completed this very satisfactory, i was refused my request on grounds concerning other issuses which had never been investigated or were ever an issue only speculation. My manager refuses to discuss it any further regarding it as “water under the bridge” and we need to move on.
In this case my discilinary will never conclude. Can anyone advise me further as my manager will not include this in any written statement?
