I’m trying to put together a tip sheet for managers with vacancies to be recruited for so that they do not discriminate.

I want some common things that appear on adverts that are discriminatory to put on the sheet but my mind had gone blank!

Also some common questions that are discriminatory. Obviously not the obvious ones but ones which people might not realise.

Any help would be appreciated
