I am working on developing a diversity and inclusion strategy for an investment/trading organisation.

I’m aware of the usual moans and groans that come from management and staff around this issue and I’m keen to make sure the philosophy is understood and bought into rather than adopting a forced approach based on the fact that the Board want it. I believe this to be even more of a challenge due to the nature of the trading environment.

I’d be very grateful if anyone has any practical advice/solutions/experiences they can share me around such an emotive issue.
