I am developing a short 1-2 session on managing and being a member of a distributed team [inc multi country as well as across one country. This is part of a move towards “bite sized training” so more of a helpful hints. Looking for some ideas including a possible case study from both Manager and team member view point. Any suggestions? The model is being built around developing and maintaining trust and integrity. Any other information or sources to look at that you would recommend?
