We merged a number of companies together 2 years ago, since then we have been working on embedding our values and styles to create a new common culture. This has not happened as quickly as expected. Does anyone have any experience of embedding values into a culture and some advice of key activities to share that were successful?

We have around 3,500 employees, in which 1,500 are field based and 800 are production staff.
