Hi everyone,
Where do we stand when an employee has been accused of gross misconduct (an indecent act, male against female) There were no witnesses present even though we do not disbelieve the female. We are considering dismissing him tomorrow (he has already gone home today). Its the fact that there was no witnesses as we know he will deny it even though we do not doubt the female for one moment. Tricky, horrible situation.
