As a Company we are looking to take a more active role in employee development and as such we were thinking of sending someone to the above Exhibition and Conference in April. However, as a non-CIPD member or student our MD thought the seminars were fairly costly, therefore before I book I wondered whether anyone had any experience of the seminars and could offer their opinion as to the usefulness and content.
