I intend to write new employee loans and employee incentive policies. Could anybody help by giving some examples of what they have in use currently. It is my intention to put a cap on the incentive earnings and also to ensure that they are self funding. With regards to loans or advances should they only be for work related things e.g. money for a car or an advance to enable the individual to get to work. Thanks for your help.
