I work for a small business and am the only HR professional onsite. I am considering the option of signing up with a commercial employment law advisory service (eg. ELAS, IRPC, Peninsular) to provide the support/professional advice I need to keep up-to-date with legislation and to overhaul all contractual documentation. The services cost around £3000 per annum.

Can anyone recommend whether this kind of annual contract is value for money, or, suggest any reputable firms which provide support on a case-by-case or project basis?

Thank you!
