Under the Statutory Dismissal Procedures employers have to follow the three stages to end a contract for a permanent or temporary employee.

For the temporary employee, do they need one years service to be eligible?

Does this also apply to seasonal or sessional employees. The seasonal employees usually work for 6-7 mths and most will be re-instated the following year.

Grateful for any advice as I have received contradictory advice.
