We have a lady that went on maternity leave on 1 August 2004 and is due back on 2 August 2005.

She has now advised us that she is pregnant again and her due date is the 27 October 2005.

As there would have not have had any earnings during the above period apart from Mat pay, what maternity pay would she be entitled to now.

Is it based on her earnings prior to her first maternity period ?.
