I am currently working on my Management Report for my CIPD. I am looking at my Company’s family responsive benefits and policies.
I would be grateful if anyone would be willing to share details of their family responsive benefits and policies with me, as I need to compare them with our offering to see if we are competetive.
I am also trying to establish whether this is having an effect on our retention and ability to attract new employees. So if you have recently enhanced your benefits/policies could you advise me what impact this has had on the above.
