After talking to a number of staff, I am interested in seeing how we could introduce a flexible working policy to our firm.
I would be very keen to hear from others on how it works/does not work and to see various policies that are in use out there. I realise that it will have to be 'customised' to fit our staff and business but I need to get a good idea of what the issues are.
