If anyone can help with this I would be really grateful.
I have submitted a formal grievance letter to my employers. The response I have had is a one line e-mail sent from a blackberry stating that I will receive a response when they can provide answers to my issues. Some of these issues involve discrimination, pay and health and safety.
Is there a legal timescale which my employer must adhere to in responding to my questions and just as importantly, should a date or timescale have been stated on the response I have received?
Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated.
Thank you.
