We are a charity. We have a member of staff for whom we currently have funding for for 4 days a week and make up her 5th day from our reserves until other work comes in.
The problem is that she is taking on freelance work (booking holiday etc) which is often in competition or is ambiguous with contracts that we have with these organisations.
Am I able to contractually stop her from doing this? and does anyone have any examples of where this has been done?
