I am steering my organisation through significant change, from a dictatorial and aggressive style culture to one of employee participation and involvement, effective communication, and a greatly improved employer profile with real commitment to the brand. Our current 80 page staff handbook is very lengthy, very authoritarian and quite honestly an extremely boring and unhelpful read. I would like to re-write it to make it welcoming and positive, taking the emphasis away from rules and discipline but still meeting employment law guidelines.

In strict confidence, does anyone have an example that I could take a look at to pick up some ideas??
