Are any of you following the GLOBE research project? It is a ground breaking project in which social scientists from 61 cultures/countries investigate the inter-relationships between societal culture, organisational culture and organisational leadship. The initial (and remarkable) findings were presented for the first time in the UK last Friday by Dr Simon Booth.
