I forgot to ask for a copy of my employers formal company grievance policy when recently submitting a formal grievance letter. Can I (and am I within my rights) to do this now at a later date.

Also, in my contract of employment, I am told to contact my line manager/HR manager if I have a grievance however no actual names of company members of staff are mentioned in writing in my contract, does this mean my contract is incorrect and does not meet statutory and legal requirements?
