I am putting together a new holiday entitlement scheme. The company is small (13)and has never had such a sheme.

At the moment employees are given 20 days of annual leave and have to take 5 of those days at Christmas.

Employees can work up 15 hours overtime after a full-time working week and are not rewarded for this overtime.

Can you please let me have your thoughts on this?? Can you help me convince my MD that his approach to employee reward is insufficient?
