For the first time the company has a part-time worker. They work 3 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Out of their pro-rate holiday entitlement they have booked 2 days holiday this week due to the Monday being a bank holiday. Is this correct, should they still take 3 days annual leave because they do not normally work on a Monday or do they compensate the fact that it is a short week for full-time workers. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
