I work in the charity sector and have been asked to consider how we might analyse whether we have the right infastructure in place in order to fullfil the mission and vision of our organisation? For example how do we ensure that we have the right number of administration posts to deliver the vision? I realise this is hovering around the job analysis area but would welcome thoughts and ideas as to how I could go about this task strategeically.
