I have been asked to find a tool / package that helps people find their ideal career and job. Rather like the computer packages we used to use at school when you complete details on what you like / dislike etc and at the end the computer comes out with a list of ideal jobs for you!

I know there is no substitute for good guidance, but this is something I have been asked to do and have no idea where to start looking.
