Can anybody recommend an HR consultancy either here or in the USA who would help me with setting up policies etc in the USA. We have opened a small officein Florida which currently has 2 employees and will have about 10/12. I’ve already developed the letter of offer (contract) and put a 401k plan in place but I am aware that there are further legislative requirements I will need to fulfill. I would not mind working with a UK based firm as long as they fully understand what is needed in the USA.
