We are an office based letting company who have recently employed a general maintenance/handy man who will work at clients premises. Our current policy does not cover things like working at height, with heat (blow torches), etc. Does anyone have a policy for off site/lone worker/maintenance builder that I could adapt for our use.
Any advise would be gratefully received.
