My company is currently looking to change the way we appraise our staff. There are many variations on how this should be done and why. I was just wondering if anyone has a system that works in that it is a motivational tool and a real driver for developing both the business and the individual. More to the point a system that staff and managers alike acctually enjoy taking part in.
