I neeed a template or an example of a job decription including key duties of an operation manager to assist me in completing our recruitment pack for the post. We are looking for examples of typical activities with a Church environment or the voluntary sector. We have know what the person should be doing but would like to see other examples for compliance and details of average pay for the position.
